Ministry Application

Very Important: Registration is required for the Mardi Gras and Indy 500 mission trips, so please register as early as possible!

Ministry Donations

Mardi Gras:
$200.00 (if received before February 6, 2012)
$250.00 (if received after February 6, 2012)

Men's Retreat:
$0 (Love offering is taken)
An additional cost is associated with the golf tournament

Indy 500:
$75.00 per man
$30.00 per dependent child
$25.00 per man only if you're riding the NGL bus
(The bus leaves Christian Life Center in Herrin, IL at 9am. Please contact Dave Munson to reserve your seat.)
